Rental of your email alias is available on a "first come first served basis".
This redirection service will not be activated until payment is processed. Please note, this may take up to 24 hours. In consideration for the payment received EmailAliasing.com will activate and maintain the secure automatic email redirection service to your nominated email mailbox for the time period of the rental agreement.
Pricing will remain constant for 12 months, should any change occur you will be notified and given three months notice of any change.
Prior to the end of your rental period, you will be notified that a renewal is due within 30 days. Your redirection service will be continued for a period of 7 days past the renewal date, after which time your service will be suspended. Your alias will be held for a period of 6 months, after which time it will be available to other clients to rent.
In the event of a payment default we reserve the right to deactivate your alias name and recycle it if payment is not received within 7 days.
EmailAliasing.com does not condone the use of an email alias for supporting activities or entities, where the support of the activity or entity would be illegal, immoral, or infringe on others legal rights. Failure to follow this policy will result in the termination of the use of the alias.
Policy, Disclaimers and Limitations
1.1. The policy of EmailAliasing.com is to encourage and promote the responsible use of electronic communications. It is also the policy of EmailAliasing.com to respect the privacy of individual users, to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security, reliability and privacy of EmailAliasing.com's systems and networks and to comply with all applicable laws. By accepting or using an EmailAliasing.com email alias, users agree to abide by the procedures, acceptable use practices and network etiquette contained herein. EmailAliasing.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate.
1.2. While EmailAliasing.com promotes the privacy of individual email users consistent with its email policies, EmailAliasing.com cannot guarantee the security or privacy of EmailAliasing.com's systems and networks or the networks and systems of others. EmailAliasing.com may disclose to government agencies or qualified entities information related to users email use or personal email alias if it is required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of EmailAliasing.com or its members.
1.3. The availability of email aliases are provided on an "as is" and "as available basis." EmailAliasing.com makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to any EmailAliasing.com-hosted email list or EmailAliasing.com's provision or the use of email provided through EmailAliasing.com's servers and expressly disclaims all representations and warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
1.4. Neither EmailAliasing.com nor any of its members, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of an EmailAliasing.com email alias, including, but not limited to, misaddressed, lost or undelivered email messages even if advised of the possibility thereof. Each user shall be solely responsible for his or her use of email. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, loss of data, income, profit or goodwill, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
1.5. Use of an assigned EmailAliasing.com email alias is a privilege, not a right. EmailAliasing.com reserves the right to discontinue an email alias, with or without warning, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of this policy. An EmailAliasing.com email alias does not authorize the recipient or user to represent EmailAliasing.com or to act on behalf of EmailAliasing.com.
1.6. As a part of the maintenance process, EmailAliasing.com IT Department employees may have incidental contact with email (or other digital transfers) passing through EmailAliasing.com systems. Information about such documents is held in strict confidence.
1.7. The EmailAliasing.com Code of Ethics applies to the use of EmailAliasing.com email services.

Email Aliasing Service Policy
2.1. An EmailAliasing.com email alias is a privilege available to EmailAliasing.com members and staff exclusively. Individuals who have not previously had this privilege revoked are eligible to apply for an email alias. Upon receipt of an application for an email alias, EmailAliasing.com shall evaluate such request and take appropriate action in light of this policy and other factors deemed appropriate by EmailAliasing.com.
2.2. Requests for a specific alias will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.3. It is the responsibility of the EmailAliasing.com personal email alias owner to maintain the correct forwarding address. If an alias points to an invalid address, this address will be disabled, and can only be re-established upon request.
2.4. Email announcements to users will be sent via the email address provided by the user for communications, consistent with EmailAliasing.com s privacy policy. The email address provided by the user may or may not be the alias selected by the user.
2.5. The privilege of renting and using an assigned EmailAliasing.com personal email alias is not transferable. An EmailAliasing.com email alias may not be sold.
2.6. EmailAliasing.com may implement tools to block viruses, "spam" or other problematic content from being forwarded through EmailAliasing.com's email aliases as a benefit to alias users.
2.7. EmailAliasing.com reserves the right to reject or terminate certain alias name choices including, but not limited to, those that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or distasteful. The use of company names, trade names, and trademarks (e.g., IBM@EmailAliasing.com.org, JohnDoeInc@EmailAliasing.com.org) is prohibited.
